IT REALLY HELPED I WAS ABLE TO CREATE A DATABASE AND AM WORKING ON GETTING MY TEMPLATES FOR MY BUSINESS TO FILL-IN. IT HAS ALREADY HELPED IMMENSLEY. I WAS ABLE TO SET UP THE DATABASE WITH HER HELP. DR. INDERA MURPHY IS TO BE APPLAUDED FOR HER CLARITY AND BREVITY AND ACTUALLY DOWN TO EARTH INSTRUCTIONS WHICH DO NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A FOOL AND I WAS ABLE TO CREATE THE DATABASE IN 2 HOURS. WHICH FOR ME WHO IS COMPUTER ALLERGIC IS A FANTASTIC MIRACLE.

Works 9 is a good product and much easier to use then Word for those of us who are not trained on Word. IOf I run into a problem I go to heop first and then I consult this. It is not dog earned-yet. Very helpful but I wish there woere a way to find stuff that Microsoft and I disagree what is.

Poor guide. Content could be figured out without a written guide. Things that needed answers were not answered.

I thought the book was excellent in helping me with the problems I was having with Works 9. I also sent an e-mail question directly to the author, Dr. Indera Murphy, and was very pleasantly surprised to promptly receive a very complete and helpful answer. Great book if you are having problems with Works 9.

I FINALLY figured out how to do mailmerge. It's only taken 25 years. Duh.
