My daughter recorded Miranda's Classical stretch for me from PBS channel because she thought it would be something I would enjoy beside yoga, and she was right. I have suffered from shoulder and back pain and did yoga to help ease the pain, but no longer, this Eccentric work out is a must if you have pain. Gentle easy relaxing moves that seem to put my bones back in place. I bought the book to learn more and am enjoying Aging Backwards!

I already got their "Essentrics" (formerly known as Classical Stretch) exercise video on DVD before I bought this book. Exercises are included in the book and videos are available on their YouTube channel. Some of us want to know the science behind why some things work and why others don't, and this book is good for explaining how and why your body will benefit from these type of exercises.

I’m happy that I never paid for this book. It came free with an order of some of the DVDs. The DVD workout program is wonderful, the book not so much. I wouldn’t bother with it really. I really didn’t learn anything new.
